Trial by Fire!

SMASH Episode 5 premieres Friday, March 20th!

We make no demands… but we aren’t too proud to pass around the hat! We created Smash for you to read for FREE — and we’ll keep it free for as long as we can.

Unfortunately, maintaining the site isn’t free, and we can always use a little help.

If you’d like to donate to Smash, we’ll use your generous contributions to help pay for technology and production costs. And we’ll shout a huzzah in your honor every time we do!

We are blazing through Episode 4 right now, with the next three episodes lining up right behind it, and we hope to be back on track very shortly.

In the meantime, check out our redesigned website — feel free to look around and explore!

The comic reader is new and improved. Now that we’re using Lightbox instead of the Flickr reader, the pages won’t change until you want them to.

PLUS: If you’re the proud owner of an iPhone (and if you own an iPhone, you’re no doubt proud of it), you can read all of our episodes right on your phone! The page design is a perfect fit for the iPhone screen, and the Smash episodes are ideal for a bus ride or lunch break. (I’m told you can also read them on a Blackberry, with a bit of scrolling.)
