Diamond Comic Distributors announced they will not ship any new comics for the last week of December….This vacancy allows independent and small press comic book creators to claim this week as their own.

We think this is a brilliant idea — and even though Smash is a webcomic, and not (yet) published in paper form, we encourage you to join us in supporting Indy Comic Book Week! (Read more about it here.)

While we’re at work putting Season 2 of Smash together, I thought you might like to take a peek inside Kyle’s sketchbook and see what he’s been drawing lately.
